We are looking to start up a midweek Felde group in Hepburn for those who only have time after work . If you are interested please conact us and maybe we could make it happen.
Workshop
A workshop will be held on Saturday June 16. The theme will be about the exploration of comfort in sitting and its relationship in coming to stand from the sitting position. For some people coming to stand can be quite difficult and requires a certain amount of manouvering into some weird position with the head or pelvis or knee joints or all of the above. This workshop will look to exploring movement and postures in sitting in order to come to sit or standing without pain or discomfort. To discover that good posture is not necessarily about having a straight back in sittting, standining or walking. See below for details.
